Refund policy
At 12th and Hemlock we value customer satisfaction, and strive to fulfill all of your needs.
If you are unsatisfied with one of our products, we offer exchanges according to availability or store credit! Our pieces can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the date of delivery. Items must have tags still attached and be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Jewelry, perfume, gift cards, and sale items are final sale and are non-returnable.
We are confident that you will fall in love with another one of our pieces if you need to return an item for store credit!
Once we receive your return, your store credit will be issued via E-gift card within 2-3 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
